Bidicare ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian technology platform being developed to connect NDIS participants with support workers and allied health professionals. This website is currently operating as a waitlist to gauge interest ahead of our launch.

2. What Information We Collect

When you join our waitlist

• Full name
• Email address
• Whether you are a participant or provider
• State of residence or practice

When you create an account (at launch)

When we launch, we will collect additional information necessary to provide the platform's services. We will update this policy before launch to reflect that. You will be notified and asked to review the updated policy at that time.

Automatically collected

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, and pages visited. This information is used to understand how our site is being used and to improve it.

3. Why We Collect This Information

We collect your name and email address to notify you when Bidicare launches, and to send you relevant updates about the platform. We collect your state and user type to understand demand by region and to prioritise our launch rollout.

We will never use your information for purposes beyond those described in this policy without first obtaining your consent.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. We engage reputable third-party service providers to assist with delivering our services, and we require them to handle your information appropriately.

Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers engaged to help us operate this website and deliver communications. These providers process your information on our behalf and are only permitted to use it for that purpose.

This website uses cookies that are essential for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use Google Fonts to display our site's typeface, which may result in a standard request to Google's servers.

8. Children's Privacy

Our platform is designed for adults (18+). If a young person uses the platform, a parent or legally appointed guardian must register and manage the account on their behalf.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify waitlist members of any material changes to this policy by email, and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Agreement

By joining the Bidicare waitlist or using any part of the Bidicare platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Bidicare. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What Bidicare Is

Bidicare is a technology platform being developed to help NDIS participants understand their plans, track their funding, and connect with independent support workers and allied health professionals.

Bidicare is a technology intermediary. We do not employ support workers, provide clinical services, or act as an NDIS registered support coordinator. Independent providers listed on the platform operate as contractors in their own right.

3. The Waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you are registering your interest in the Bidicare platform ahead of its launch. Joining the waitlist does not create any contractual obligation on either party, does not guarantee access to the platform, and does not constitute a subscription or payment arrangement.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register. If you are registering on behalf of an NDIS participant under guardianship, you must be their legally appointed guardian. Providers must hold a valid ABN.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bidicare or our website to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to access another person's account
• Engage in any conduct that breaches Australian law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with our platform

6. Provider Obligations (at platform launch)

Providers who join the platform at launch will be required to:

• Hold and maintain all required credentials including a valid ABN, NDIS Worker Screening clearance, and relevant insurance
• Comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct at all times
• Accurately represent their qualifications, experience, and availability
• Notify Bidicare immediately if any credential lapses, is suspended, or is revoked
• Bill only for services actually delivered

7. Participant Obligations (at platform launch)

Participants who use the platform at launch will be required to:

• Provide accurate information about their NDIS plan and support needs
• Use NDIS funding only for the support categories it is allocated for
• Rate providers honestly and in good faith
• Report any concerns about provider conduct to Bidicare promptly

8. Fees

Joining the waitlist is free. Subscription fees will apply when the platform launches. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit to any paid arrangement, and you will have the opportunity to review updated Terms at that time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bidicare website and platform — including software, design, text, graphics, and any proprietary matching or recommendation technology — is owned by or licensed to Bidicare and protected under Australian intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Bidicare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from the conduct of any provider or participant. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Australian consumer law.

11. Termination

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at hello@bidicare.com.au. We reserve the right to remove any person from the waitlist or platform who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that is harmful to other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue informally.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
